The Challenge

Fr. Sauter AG faced critical quality and quantity challenges with their Actuator Cable Module production for OEM Siemens AG. Manufacturing output was insufficient to meet demand, and quality issues were threatening the supply relationship with the major OEM customer.

Our Solution

We deployed a dedicated Task Force as program and team lead with 10 team members. Our comprehensive approach included VDA 6.3 process audits, implementation of quick wins to increase manufacturing output, continuous action tracking and coaching, and elaboration of an emergency sourcing concept.
