Eluminocity, a German Smart-City start-up, approached KFS DIGITAL for support in cost-down efforts for two of its products: an Electric Vehicle Charging Station and a Smart-City Sensor. The products had been well-developed by the company’s engineering team, but lacked industrialization for volume manufacturing. Additionally, the existing Contract Manufacturing Service had trouble supplying the required quality and quantity of finished goods.
